Candy Land Remix by Jindie Nails - Review/Swatches

What’s better than neon glitter? NADA!  :D

Candy Land Remix is a white cream jelly loaded with neon goodness.  Similar to its predecessor, Candy Land, this remix has small neon green, pink and purple hex glitter along with medium neon green, pink, purple, orange, yellow and blue hex glitter.  The difference between Candy Land and Candy Land Remix is that the latter is also packed with tiny pink, orange and blue neon glitter.

Pictured here is two coats of Candy Land Remix over one coat of Ulta Snow White topped with one coat of Seche Vite.

The Nitty-Gritty
The formula itself is a bit thick even though the glitters are extremely thin but I didn’t have any trouble with application.  As with all my glitter polish, I store Candy Land Remix upside down which seems to be the trick to getting glitter to apply easily and evenly without having to go fishing. <>< This polish can become opaque on its own after 3 or 4 coats but I always prefer to use a base coat just so I don’t waste a lot of product.  I’d recommend using two coats of a top coat to get a smooth finish.

You can purchase Candy Land Remix at Jindie Nails for $9.00 plus shipping for a full size bottle or $5.00 for a mini but beware, as with all her polishes, this sells out within minutes!

*FYI: It looks like Jindie Nails’ Etsy shop will be restocked this Saturday, February 23rd.  Keep an eye on her facebook page, http://www.facebook.com/JindieNails, for updates and be ready to stay glued to your computer until the restock goes live.*

This is just one of the five polishes I have recently purchased from this shop. I’ll be posting swatches of the others throughout the next couple of week.
